At the gates of the Morvan, the “Vaudésir” Restaurant, offers a generous kitchen and creative footprint. Clever pun on the famous Grand Cru Chablis and satisfaction of its guests, the "Vaudésir" (or "desires") is above all a friendly place where wine finds its credentials.

Halfway between Paris and Lyon, this chic and friendly bistro welcomes you in a setting just like its leader, Cécile Riotte, authentic and unconventional. Floral tablecloths, meet dishes and family linens, all in a setting of old reset to date.

Like in your home, come and sit in the dining room or in the garden, on sunny days, to taste local food, prepared according to the inspiration of the chef and the products of the moment.
